A Free Community Support Group
Losing a job is one of life’s most stressful events. It is important to take good care of yourself—good emotional care.
In this support group you will learn how to:
* Acknowledge Your Grief: identify the stages, identify your current stage of grief and get some support!
* Build A Coping Tool Box: learn and practice the art of healthy emotional coping skills!
* Identify Emotional Pit Falls: learn to ask for help, as you need it!
Meets: February 13, 20 and 27.
From 2 – 3 pm
