FIRST PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH OF HOLLAND

Whatever your background, exposure to Christianity, or sexual orientation, you are welcome here!

SUNDAY WORSHIP

Join us on Sundays at 8:45a and 11a! Nursery care is available for 0 to 3-year-olds, and celebration time is available for 4 year-olds thru 2nd grade.

Note: From mid-September through Memorial Day, we gather on Sundays at 8:45a and 11:00a for worship. You may find that our early service is less formal in its music and worship style, while the later service is more traditional. Children are welcomed to join in worship, however, the nursery is always available! In between the two worship services, during the Midtime Ministry hour (9:45-10:45a), children are invited to go to the Worship Center for their particular age. Worship Centers provide children a worship experience using the wonder-filled stories of God and Jesus. Adults are invited to grab a cup of coffee and snack in our M&M Café, and/or attend one of our Adult education classes.

OFFICE HOURS

If you would like to stop by during the week, our office is open Monday – Thursday from 9a-3p, and Friday from 9a-12p. If you have any questions, please contact the main office at (616)392-9022.

We believe that by renovating and better utilizing our existing spaces, our facilities will become even more welcoming, accessible, and safe to all!

SAVE THE DATE

TWO SERVICE TIMES

Starting September 16 we return to two service times: 8:45a and 11a.

GETTING REAL SERIES

Sunday’s at 8:45a and 11a

“What is truth? What do our lies tell us about ourselves? What do we hide behind and why? This fall’s theme, “Getting Real” invites us to look at truth, and authenticity in ourselves, church, and culture. Worshipers are welcome to remain for “Linger Longer at 12:15 to share reflections and reaction to Sunday’s sermon.

In addition to the scripture for the day, Poems by Mary Oliver, plays by William Shakespeare, songs and words of Fred Rogers and the Harry Potter book series will inform our consideration of the morning’s topic.”
